Frustrated by all of the new documentation and data recording required by the state? Understandable, but realize we are just being brought up to speed with the rate at which the private sector has been pushing all along. Having worked in the private sector, I remember lamenting call reports, expense sheets, customer logs, monthly data tracking, and the list goes on. The difference between then and now? Tools I can use to put the data into perspective. In order to navigate this changing landscape it is imperative to utilize tools that help lessen the load. It must be accurate, ongoing, and convenient if we are able to provide all that is asked for us.
